Merry Christmas!

Hello everyone!

This will be brief as ’tis the holiday season and I don’t want to take you away from your celebrations, but I just wanted to wish you all a very merry Christmas! I cannot adequately put into words how much you all mean to me. Your support of my books, your love for my characters, your constant encouragement as I work tirelessly to write and run into the occasional wall…truly you are all a special group of readers and I love you all dearly.

I thought it would be fun to create a little Christmas card to share and as my upcoming novel is from the Otherworld series, I thought I’d try to keep it in theme. For even Cassandra softens around the gentle flames of candlelight burning bright against the dark snowy nights and the sound of carols and silver bells hushing the harsh winter winds.

Of course once the spell of this season fades, Cassandra will be up to no good once again.

Stay tuned….

I was lucky enough to receive an advanced copy of this book and although I’ve only just begun reading it I’m already enchanted by the story. Inspired by Les MisĂ©rables, The Jungle Book, and I think even The Bells of Notre Dame.

“Carol of the Bells”
by Jennifer Thomas (Epic Cinematic Piano & Orchestra/Choir)

I absolutely love the song Carol of the Bells whether instrumental, a cappella, or a union of voice and instrument. Truly one of my favorite Christmas carols and so I couldn’t resist choosing it to share for this post. I hope you get the chills I did from this version! Enjoy!
