Hello everyone!
I can’t believe Boonerang came and went and summer is officially here!! WHAT A DAY. I’ve lived in Boone for a little over a year now and this was my first time at Boonerang and I had no idea just how epic and massive an event it was! I’m so glad I got to be a part of it representing the literary arts category and got to meet so many amazing people in my new community! I’m not sure there has ever been an author before as a vendor so none of us were really sure how it would go but so many readers came into my tent and I loved meeting every one of you! You guys almost sold me out of books! The mountains are my home now and I hope Boonerang will have me back next year so I can meet more of you!
Thank you to every reader who took a chance on me or even non-readers who were just curious and wanted to say hello, it was awesome getting to talk with you and share about my books! The enthusiasm many of you showed gave my heart such a boost! Thank you! ♡
And of course thank you to Boonerang Fest and everyone involved in making this event possible from organizers to volunteers to sponsors and more! Thank you for giving this author a chance to be a part of your festival, it was incredible! ♡
Thank you all for making my first event in my new home of the North Carolina mountains a success! I really hope to find a space for my books in the community and this was such a fun way to introduce myself! ♡
