Hello everyone!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I just wanted to pop into your inbox quickly to share a recap of recent events and express my gratitude for your continued support of my writing. You have no idea just how much it means to me every time you share about my books, post reviews, attend my events, and show any amount of enthusiasm for my books. I’m very thankful for you all. ♡

MoTownCon 2023
October kicked off with a bang closely following the release of the Faraway Chronicles with the third annual MoTownCon! As always it was a thrill to set up my table and meet readers new and true alike! It can be very intimidating to dare have a table at an event but being reassured by the presence of kind readers more than makes it worth it. Thank you for coming out!

Love and Other Dangers Anthology
November brought the release of my first anthology contribution! This was a totally new experience for me, but I had a great time receiving the prompt, crafting a story, and getting to see my creation printed alongside those of a variety of fabulous authors. If you haven’t yet purchased a copy, you can find it here!
You’d better hurry because the eBook edition will only be available for a limited time!

Book Signing at Fred & June’s Books
December was exciting as I was invited to do a book signing at the brand new indie bookstore Fred & June’s Books located in downtown Mooresville, NC! I felt so nervous and was so thankful for everyone who attended as well as the bookstore for hosting me.

Audiobook Series
2023 has been the year of audiobooks! A totally new format for my stories, there’s been a steep learning curve, but I’m ecstatic to announce that the Walking Shadows series (narrated by Paige Reisenfeld & PJ Freebourn) is available in its entirety as audiobooks!! You can find them on Audible, Spotify, Barnes & Noble, and more! (Don’t forget, you can also request your library purchase copies for Libby and/or Hoopla!)
The Fifth Sun series (narrated by Jacclyn Nichole James & Pablo Azar) will now be wrapping up early 2024!
The year of 2023 has somehow reached its close with 2024 within time’s grasp and all I can think is how lucky I’ve been to be able to call myself an author for all of it. I work hard to craft my books and every time I find out they reached a reader, particularly one who quite enjoyed the stories, my spirits soar. Thank you thank you thank you. ♡ Have a very merry Christmas and a hopeful New Year!
Stay tuned…
