Audiobooks

Fifth Sun: Book 3, Battle del Espíritu, is scheduled to release towards the end of summer! It’s in the hands of my amazing duo of narrators and I can’t wait to hear it! With their schedules being so busy and fluctuating, I don’t have hard dates for the rest of the series but if book 4 doesn’t release by December then the last two will definitely release early next year. I too would rather have them sooner than later but alas we must have patience when working with a team and the team of narrators and engineers I get to work with are so talented and more than worth the wait!!!

Walking Shadows: Book 2, Solus, is set to release around the end of summer and guess what!! Paige and PJ have both agreed to commit to the entire series! Not only that but they’ve just informed me of some scheduling changes that will allow them to complete the series by December of this year!! I’m ridiculously excited about this and really hope you are too! They’ve been doing a remarkable job thus far and I’m thrilled to be able to keep them on for the rest.

Books

I’m still working on my sci-fi novella trilogy (my shortest project yet and somehow it’s taking me the longest), motivation and energy has been a fast and fleeting thing for me lately (ugh, artistic types, eh?), but I’m back to working on it and I really am excited to be able to share it with you all. (Honestly I have many ideas but so little time. Or is it energy? I’m not sure. Normally I’m the sort who assembles a project and goes after it until it’s finished but lately I keep finding myself drifting, preferring to stare at a wall or a cloud or a screen than sit down and write write write. It’s odd and while I know this delay must be unpleasant for you it’s also maddening to me. Thanks for being kind. I hope I can get myself sorted soon.)

Libraries

If I may be so bold as to ask a favor? You already know just how truly important book reviews are (and thank you all for posting yours on Amazon, Goodreads, BookBub, etc.!!), but libraries are great too! Not only are they a great resource for communities but they help out authors and readers alike by purchasing our books and making them available to readers of all income levels. This is one of the reasons I chose to withdraw my books from their exclusivity deals once they expired, so now they can reach a wider audience. If you could spare just a minute or two, most local libraries have patron purchase suggestion forms on their websites and all of my books, ebooks, and audiobooks are now eligible to be added to library collections, all they need now is you! It would really mean a lot to me!
